The Connections Course allows you to free yourself from underlying limiting beliefs, judgments, and assumptions so that you can consistently choose a gratifying life. Freedom is a 4-day training where you will identify blind spots, judgments, underlying limiting beliefs and assumptions that are holding you back from living your best life. Freedom will help you understand the meaning you have been assigning to your life events and you will recognize how these behaviors shape your current reality. You will reconnect with the good things about yourself as you begin to align your core values to your actions.
Life Design is a 4-day training where you will learn new things about yourself that will catapult you to a whole new level of self-awareness and self-management. You will have the opportunity to experience breakthrough technology designed to engage you in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires you to maximize your potential. Upon completion of the Life Design Training, you will leave with a renewed sense of purpose, clarity and direction in your life.

Designed to integrate the teaching and tools from Freedom (Part I) & Life Design (Part II) into daily life, you will be invited to design an inspired life vision, capturing the essence of what it means to be fully alive. Connections Courses are NOT intended for people with major mental health problems.
In the trainings, you will be invited to examine your life and various issues regarding your life. If any of the issues have difficult feelings and emotions associated with them in the normal course of your life, it is likely that these same feelings and emotions may emerge during the training experience. Your willingness to experience and release these feelings and emotions, can open the way to a more joyful experience of living. The choice to do so, however, and the degree of your participation in the process, rests with you alone. If you have any physical or mental health conditions that may make it difficult for you to participate, it is recommended that you consult your medical professional to determine the appropriateness of your participation. It is required that participants be of stable physical and mental health to participate.
What happens in the trainings?
The three-part Connections Course (Freedom/Life Design/Velocity Leadership) is a research-based, transformational learning opportunity. The trainings are rooted in best practices for adult learners consisting of 25% lecture, 25% sharing and 50% experiential exercises. Throughout the trainings you will have the opportunity to learn about yourself through actively listening to others and speaking about your insights. At times, you may have direct interaction with your trainer. These interactions are an opportunity for you to explore your world view, identify blind spots and create new perspectives. You will engage in interactive discussions designed to reveal how limiting beliefs affect the relationships in your life and impact your personal growth. You will rediscover affirming things about yourself that may have been forgotten. You will begin to align your core values to your actions and create more empowering outcomes in your life.
What kind of learning and training environment can I expect?
LIFECAMP adheres to the highest training standards in the personal development industry. You can expect a safe, supportive, and confidential training environment. On the first day of your course, ground rules will be established. The trainer will read and review the ground rules with you and ask you to acknowledge and agree to them. The ground rules are intended to establish a collective understanding of the rules of engagement during the training and to support you and others in achieving your best outcomes.
During the four-day training, it is important that you take good care of yourself. Please get enough rest, food, and water. Breaks are scheduled daily every two to four hours for 10-30 minutes. There is one meal break each day for approximately 1-1/2 hours in the late afternoon. Be sure to plan accordingly for any special nutritional needs. The LIFECAMP team is available to support your needs throughout your training experience.
At the end of each day, you will be given a homework assignment. The homework is designed for you to reflect on your daily experience and anchor the daily learning lesson(s). Class sized vary by group and can range from 20 -100 people. Connections Courses must be taken in order: Part I, Part II and Part III.
What do I need to bring?
Dress in casual attire. Bring snacks. Food is not provided. Learning materials will be provided.
What is the refund/transfer policy?
Tuition Policy: Any tuition paid for LIFECAMP courses or trainings is non-refundable.
Tuition is transferable to another eligible Connections Course training scheduled within 6 months of the start date of the original workshop subject to workshop availability and a $75 transfer fee will be added.
Any request for transfer must be made prior to the start date of the original workshop.
