I acknowledge that I have reviewed the location(s) and date(s) and can participate in the course dates and times as described. Any tuition paid LIFECAMP courses or trainings is non-refundable. Tuition is transferable to another eligible Connections Course training scheduled within 6 months of the start date of the original workshop, subject to workshop availability and a $75 transfer fee. Any request for transfer must be made prior to the start date of the original workshop.
